About the Fundraiser
Wichita Oasis is raising funds to sponsor programming on NPR with the goal of increasing awareness of non-religious alternatives to church for people living in the Wichita area, while also supporting public radio. We are trying to raise a total of $1,500, but we have secured double-matching, so we only need to raise $500 by December 21st to achieve our goal. Our draft message will read:
brought to you by…Wichita Oasis. Community and connection are central to happiness and well-being. For a non-religious alternative, find us at wichita-oasis-dot-O-R-G.
We are accepting donations through December 21st, and we will announce the final amount we raised at Fuzzy’s. If we don’t reach our goal, we will use any money raised to support other advertising initiatives.
